Normally if you want to have a strangers pubic hair scattered in your bed you need to find a weirdo on the internet, but here it's completely complimentary, you don't even need to ask for it! And if for some strange reason that doesn't appeal to you they will provide sheets for you to change yourself (they even get the correct size by the third call, talk about service!). This place is also great if you are looking to disconnect from technology as the power in our room went out 30 mins before we had to leave for a wedding which really helped us get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Great hotel. The rooms are super new. The location is super close to the train station. You can get to downtown in 15 min on public transit (the stop is like 5 min away) but had to uber to the train station still

I had a really good experience here. The room and everything about the hotel seemed new but the layout said it was a refurbished older building. Great staff. Hotel wasn’t full but it was also very quiet…I didn’t hear anything in my room. Everything about the hotel was clean. There are no good views and it’s not walkable to the waterfront.

We had a great stay here in Kingston thanks to Rahul, the front desk agent who organized our stay and breakfast. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the ice machines that also had an attachment for filling water bottles. The breakfast at the Cannery next door was especially good. I would highly recommend the Eggs Benedict.

Beautiful hotel, quiet and very clean. Personel is very good and welcoming. But lack of EV chargers (only 2 for that size of hotel is not enough. Charging price is very high). Only one disabled parking bay.
